I unironically like quite a few of these potential changes, especially the several ones that give classes more mobility, though others just don't make sense imo. I noticed that a lot of these changes were about giving more damage over time to weapons, which, on paper, is not bad... However, the problem is that there are a lot of ways to just remove damage over time; healtpacks, medics, heavy sandviches and ofc healthpacks all either reduce the length of damage over time (and heal you) or instantly remove it and in tf2 it's usually quite easy to get your hands on at least one of those within the 10 seconds. Also it felt strange that you left the southern hospitality unchanged, especially since it has that vulnerability to a specific damage type (fire) stat, which is smth I expected to be changed. The SH really needs a rework tbh, meleeing a spy to apply bleed is not a good idea, good spies can trickstab players who get too close to them, it's especially easy when the enemy isn't using their gun and is running towards them. That said though, I was given the expectation from a different video that these changes would be totally bonkers ridiculous, but I actually like how experimental they are, it makes the weapons feel more unique and in many cases also a lot more fast paced! Also I had no idea where else to place this, but while ik the eureka effect might be balanced in tf2 it isn't fun to play with at all bcz of the reduced metal you get, it makes playing engie feel waaay slower. Even if it isnt objectively speaking, it sure does feel like it. The two-way teleporter idea could also be really fun to play with in-game, would surely create more creative opportunities for engies at the very least.

Having played on your server, I can confirm that the kunai is insufferable, I'd rather play bots than a bunch of kunai spies.

11:18- If you read Jungle Inferno's patchnotes, you'd find that the reason why the Overheal penalty was added was not to prevent tanking Revolver shots, but to prevent tank headshots. In high level play pre-Inferno, by keeping the Sniper buffed to 150, with the Razorback equipped, you would negate Sniper's 2 counters: Quickscopes, and Backstabs. The changes made made it more convenient in pubs where a new Spy might actually stab you, and making it less powerful in high level play where you can't neutralize two weaknesses. My suggested rebalance is to remove the Razorback from the game <3

The Natasha allowing heavy to stay at his base movement speed means he can get closer easier which in turn increases his chances of getting damage ramp up and more shot hitting if aimed properly
